The Delhi police have already interrogated Kanhaiya Kumar, Anirban Bhattacharya and Umar Khalid together. Official sources said that the police found their statements instable. Senior lawyer Kapil Sibal, appearing for Kanhaiya Kumar, has argued in court that the Delhi Police standing report on the case does not say the student raised any anti-national slogan.
